"Activity Type Name", "Activity Name", "Requested On", "Status" Fields Are Missing From "Approval of Activity" Email Notification in Instantis EnterpriseTrack

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Fields such as "Activity Type Name", "Activity Name", "Requested On", and "Status" are absent in the notification email of "Approval of Activity" while they exist in the notification preview.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Notification email of "Approval of Activity" should show the same fields as the preview.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to Instantis EnterpriseTrack.
  2. Open a Project and navigate to Roadmap page.
  3. Choose phase to approve.
  4. Check notification email content.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot view the status of the approval request.
