Enhancement Request: Approved Email List Is Not Linked To External Cc Or Workflow Steps Setup (Doc ID 2386225.1)

Goal

  1. In uMail, the External Cc: and External Bcc: for external email address entries is still a text-based field, not a picker linked to the "Approved Email List" (Company Workspace > Standards & Libraries).
  2. All Cc: fields in workflow steps setup do not include the "Approved Email List"

Would like linkage added, so people do not need to manually type in each time.
Also, if possible, please add the "Approved Email List" to the Cc fields for the BP workflow steps setup.
