Symptoms

When attempting to perform lookups in Point of Service (POS), 'An unexpected exception occurred.' message is shown to the user and the following error appears in the orpos.log file :



Steps to Reproduce :

1. Select F3 POS
2. Select Item Lookup
3. Select Adv Search
4. Enter item
5. Select Enter

An unexpected exception occurred. Please contact your system administrator.
Press Enter to return to the previous screen.
