Message Property Selector Configured For External Receiver Plugins In A Task Is Not Working (Doc ID 2386568.1)

Symptoms

Customer have automation tasks where two external receiver plugins are configured to listen to same queue, but with different message property selector configuration.  However the messages are getting picked up by the incorrect plugin even though the Message property was set on the JMS message to hit the correct plugin.

We made sure that the external receiver plugins have distinct message selectors and we have verified that the configuration has been applied properly for all the task

1)  RAC Configuration Type : None
2)  Weblogic Deployment Type: Clustered
3)  WebLogic Server Version : 12.2.1.2.0
4)  Java version and Patch level : jdk1.8.0_144
5)  OSM Version and Patch Level: 7.3.5.0.3.B15
