InjectorPriceEventBatch Creates An Error Entry In RPM_BATCH_LOG Table

Symptoms
In Oracle Retail Price Management (RPM) 16.0.1 version, InjectorPriceEventBatch creates an ERROR entry in RPM_BATCH_LOG table:
Failure in batch log process: ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small
The batch completes successfully, but the tracing functionality might not work properly and it insert an ERROR in RPM_BATCH_LOG which could be confusing.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a clearance in RPM_STAGE_CLEARANCE;
2. Run the Injector batch to process the entry;
3. Notice the error in RPM_BATCH_LOG table.
