IWS Calls From CCB To MDM Are Failing after CCB April 2017 Rollup

Customer installed CCB April 2017 rollup (26033868) and found that IWS calls from CCB to MDM would fail in MDM with the following error message logged in the iws_web_trace.log file on the MDM side:
