Metadata for /api/claims/transactionout is Missing (Doc ID 2386785.1)

Information in this document applies to any platform.

When retreiving the metadata for the claims IP there is no description of the /api/claims/transactionout/{claimCode} call, even though this is described in  Claims Transaction Repository Guide, chapter 12.2.
Using the URL http://<host>:<port>/api/claims/metadata you can get an overview of all the possible calls for this IP. However, the call for http://<host>:<port>/api/claims/transactionout/{claimCode} is missing from the metadata.

When retrieving the metadata for a specific IP, it is expected to return all the options for this that IP. In particular, for the claims IP (/api/claims) it is expected to return, amongst others, the description of the /api/claims/transactionout/{claimCode} call, as desrcribed in the Claims Transaction Repository Guide, chapter 12.2.

Doing a call to /api/claims/transactionout with a claim code, it returns a valid response proving that this IP functionality exists.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open a Postman(or other tool) session and send a GET request to the following URL http://<host>:<port>/api/claims/metadata . It returns a swagger file describing the claims IP.

2. Search for the string:

It will not be found.
