Customer Order Fulfillment Webservice Is Not Creating Data In RMS When Customer Details Are Not Available (Doc ID 2387182.1)

Customer Order fulfillment webservice  createFulfilOrdColDesc() is not creating Customer Order(CO) when Customer details are not available.

Steps to Recreate:
A. Customer details are not provided
1. All necessary mandatory details for creating a Customer Order are filled in webservice.
2. Call the webservice.
3. Success message has been returned but CO is not created in system.

B. Customer details are provided:
1. Added Customer details itself in the webservice.
2. Call the webserivce.
3. Message success and CO is also created in system.
