Incorrect Value In Suspense Field CHARGING_ID From Suspense File When Recycled From OCOMC (Doc ID 2387317.1)

Goal

On : 6.0.0.3.0 version, Cartridge Kit

When a suspense file created by BRM is recycled from OCOMC ( Offline Mediation Controller)Recycle Enhancement Processor(EP) , getting incorrect value for below field.
Actual suspense field is <f id="1.1.12.8" name="DETAIL.ASS_GPRS_EXT.CHARGING_ID" type="8"/>
Value in suspense field is <f id="1.1.12.8">245606644</f>
From OCOMC when trying to read this field from Recycle EP and when given data type as  Float , getting value as' 2.4560664E8' and when tried to read as Integer data type, getting value as '1298807439'.

Question: How to get correct value in OCOMC recycle EP?
