DIVArchive Actor Fails to Access Disk With Error "Multiple connections to a server or shared resource by the same user" (Doc ID 2387409.1)

Symptoms

One or more actor cannot archive to or restore from a network share disk.

Errors in the actor logs for attempts at checking for disk space will show as such;

 

Multiple connections to a server or shared resource by the same user

;Error;5;GetDiskFreeSpaceEx failed;DiskDevice::getDiskFreeSpace;

Changes

Recently added this disk, or other disks with same IP or location.
