ODS Sync Issue With AsDisbursementField (Doc ID 2387726.1)

Symptoms

On : 1.0.1 version, ODS Data Sync

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Contacted today by NW stating that the disbursement fields were not replicating to target. Upon investigating I see that the view is looking for transactions overridden at the plan level for a specific plan. The transactions at NW are overridden at the product level. Therefore none of the rows are found.

The DisbursementScreen is overridden at the Company level.

In the view, "where" clause needs to modified as per the override definition in OIPA configuration.
 

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Configure DisbursementScreen at CompanyLevel.
Run Sync Process
Observe no data is in the Target.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, Data that should be in target is not.
