Customer Center Displays Wrong Delimiter Between Units And Sub-units for Russian Ruble Currency (Doc ID 2388095.1)

Symptoms

After configuring "Russian Ruble" currency in pin_beid file, amount is displayed in Customer Center (Balance/Summary Tab) with comma (",") instead of decimal (".").

STEPS
-----------------------
1. go to /sys/data/pricing/example/ and add below lines to pin_beid file

2. load the pin_beid file using load_pin_beid
3. restart BRM processes
4. login to customer Center and create new account having "Russian Ruble" as currency
5. go to Balance/Summary Tab for that account
