Purpose
This document provides the details on the steps required when upgrading an OSM Domain from Fusion Middleware 12.1.3 or 12.2.1.2 to Fusion Middleware 12.2.1.3 or 12.2.1.4. This is required when upgrading OSM 7.3.0.X, 7.3.1.X or 7.3.5.0.X to OSM 7.3.5.1.X. or to 7.4.0.0.3 and above
Scope
This applies when upgrading to OSM 7.3.5.1.X or OSM 7.4.0.0.3 and above, from 7.3.0, 7.3.1, or 7.3.5.0 or when upgrading the Fusion Middleware Domain from 12.2.1.3 to 12.2.1.4 on OSM 7.3.5.1.x or 7.4.0.0.3+.
