Outlook Connector Add-in Not Detected On Outlook (Doc ID 2388136.1)

Outlook Connector was installed and everything worked fine initially, but after some time, the advanced features given by the connector could not be used such as the "Out of office message" and the possibility to subscribe to a new shared calendar.  For the shared calendar part, when the user right-clicks the "Shared calendar" folder, he doesn't have the "Subscribe" tab.

After some troubleshooting, it was noticed that the Outlook Connector add-in was not detected by Outlook, e.g. by clicking on the option menu for "Help", there was no reference to the Oracle Connector as there used to be.
