Symptoms


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
P6 displays average hours/day for tasks updated from Team Member timesheet

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Spread should be refreshed without logout then login.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login P6 Web, create a new project and activity
2. Open the project in the P6 client
3. Assign any resource to the activity
4. Log into Team Member > go to Timesheets
5. Approval is set to Auto approval (can also approve in Dashboard)
6. Put in hours, submitted timesheet
7. Went into the client and applied actuals for the day after the timesheet ended.
8. Noticed linear spread in resource usage spread
9. Logged out P6 Client then back in
10. Noticed spread changed in resource usage spread

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot view correct value in P6 Client.
