AIP-RPAS: Aipt_clnd.ksh Generates Incorrect Years as It Takes the Past Year and Future Year from Current (Doc ID 2388557.1)

Last updated on MARCH 13, 2019

Applies to:

Oracle Retail Advanced Inventory Planning - Version 14.1.3 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

The aipt_clnd.ksh script generates incorrect years because it takes the past year and future year from the current Gregorian year instead of the current fiscal year.

Consider a fiscal year is from May to April and the generated calendar hierarchy (clnd.csv.dat) today (30/11/2017) with YEARS_HISTORY_IN_CALENDAR set as 1 and YEARS_FUTURE_IN_CALENDAR set as 1.

The expectation is that the produced clnd.csv.dat to contain past 1 year, current year and future 1 year which will be from May 2016 to April 2019 in this example; however, it produces from May 2015 to April 2018 instead.
