Reservation Lost When Collections Run Mid-Day, Get Scheduling Error, Then Corrected At Complete Refresh Overnight

For an Order in Entered Status with Hard Reservation - When attempting to Book the order line, the following error occurs.
Cannot meet request date or latest acceptable date
1. We have hard reserved an order successfully in "Entered" status at line level initially in the morning.
2. After mid day run of "Continuous Collection" @11.30AM -- when "Booking" the Order -- ATP availability shows error " Cannot meet request date or latest acceptable date" AND the order line is still hard reserved.
3. Again after "Complete Refresh" run @Midnight there is no error on ATP availability, able to Book and Ship the order.
4. Please note there is no stock movement at all in inventory between "Continuous Collection" and "Complete Refresh" run but still the error is fixed on its own after Complete Refresh.
