User Permissions Do Not Reflect the Cashflow Permission Settings (Doc ID 2388674.1)

Symptoms

On Unifier : Version 16.2

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

There are several Users or User Groups (such as "All Users") that have Modify, Edit Data, and View permissions.  However these users or groups cannot currently modify the selected Cash Flow and the Save button is disabled.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Permissions settings in the Cash Flow log should strictly determine all users' abilities.
