Symptoms

On : 11.3.0.3.0 version, Rating business logic

After installing the <Patch 27453177>, ECE interim patch 11.3.0.3.1,  the user is getting version not found exception during rating of local CDR, whereas roaming and partner rating are fine. Even after reverted the patch, there is still the same error.

Rated 3 CDRs and all CDRs were failed with the following error:
