Symptoms

During a Performance Test the client is extremely slow and the system appears to be locking.

One of the big issues you noticed is an event in the Work Agenda on a recloser with 2000 customers, when you press AMI Confirm the system is locking.
Also Panning in the Viewer seems to lock the system.

No work around, when the system locks the user has to wait for it to free up to work again.

Expect that the client would not have locked.
