Geocode Longitude Field In MWM Appointment Web Service Is Not Accepting The Negative Values (Doc ID 2390311.1)

Symptoms

When testing MWM appointment service(M1-RouteAppointmentRequestToScheduler), got the error mentioned below.It seems that Geocode Longitude Field in MWM Appointment web service is not accepting the negative values.  Observed that Geocode Longitude values in M1-RouteAppointmentRequestToScheduler XSD are set to "0" to "999.999999"
