WSDL is not generated in expected Request/Response operation format on some environments.

We are facing one issue in WSDL generation using IWS deployment.

We observe, on our DEV (Windows) environment, WSDL is getting generated in request/response operation format.
And on IUT (Linux), it is getting generated in One way format. It has only request tags and no response/output tags.

We need it in request/response format always (i.e., having tags in place).
In addition to this custom BS, all other WSDL for base BS are also having the same format difference.
Hence we think that there should be some environment specific settings.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
a. Created IWS for a business service.
b. Ran
c. Observed the WSDL generated after iws deployment.
d. Generated WSDL missed the tags.
b. It is obsreved for WSDL of custom as well as base Business services.

The issue has the following business impact:
As the WSDL on production server is not in expected format, real time tranasaction request processing is on hold.
