While Creating Franchise Return, the Added Item Details are not Shown Under the Item Tab (Doc ID 2390412.1)

Symptoms

In the process of creating a franchise order, even though the item details are added, the same item details are not shown under the Item tab. Also, no error message displayed.

Steps to reproduce :

1. Login to RMS.
2. Navigate to Inventory > Franchise Orders > Create Franchise Return.
3. Populate all the required fields.
4. Click OK.
5. From Item section, click Actions > Add.
6. Populate all the required fields.
7. Click OK.
8. Notice that no data was displayed in item tab.
