Argus Mart Not Able To Autheticate Your Account

After enabling the profile switch in Argus Insight to allow data from both Mart and Insight, the following error is observed when a user logs in:
The Argus Mart functions are disabled for the session and, upon login, users do not see the option related to Argus Mart inside Argus Insight.
Conversely, if the user "Admin" logs in, all functionalities related to Argus Mart are available.
