Symptoms

We are experiencing an issue with the M1-EmployeeMaintenenace web service when we include Exceptions for Meetings. Using the SIEBEL_EMPLOYEE_MEETING POU type, for Non-Working exception, we get an error stating that the “Duration is missing” the input only contains a Start Date and a End Date with no option to include a duration.

Looking at the script run, we can see it is using the script “M1-PRCEMPMSG” and in step 70 it asks: if("contains(F1-RetrieveSchemaDefinition/output/schemaMD,'POU_END_DTTM')") and if it does it just populates the endDateTime. There is then an “else” that would calculate the duration, but this is never entered. Presumably this is where the Duration that is missing should have been calculated.  The Schema that is retrieved from the BO M1-RealPOU contains both of the fields so duration is never going to calculated.
