Values entered into TXTF_EMERG_SW_ORDER in EVENT_DETAILS is too large
A user is trying to update an event that had 5 switching sheets ran against it. When the user tries to update the event, it gives an error.
A jbot_report shows the values in the DS_EVENT_DETAILS of ",,EMERG_SW_ORDER_TEXT,,java.lang.String,Emer 15036,Emer 15038,Emer 15040,Emer 15037,Emer 15039",
but the PICKLIST_INFO_UP_TR table has nothing saved in the EMERG_SW_ORDER_TEXT field
