View Issues Button on PO Induction Screen Is Not Displayed

When there is some PO Induction errors, users are unable to use "View Issues" button on the notification screen to see the issues to fix and reload the data.
Steps to reproduced.
1. Download a PO induction file from RMS.
2. Upload the a new PO from the file.
3. When the uploaded file has some error the below message will be displayed.
The data upload request completed with errors for Process <x>.
But, users are unable to view the issue from the "View Issue" box.
