'Estimated In Stock Date' Is Overwritten for Custom Calculation When Using PO Induction (Doc ID 2390677.1)

Last updated on FEBRUARY 03, 2019

Applies to:

Oracle Retail Merchandising System - Version 16.0.1 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

When using PO induction the instock date (ORDLOC.estimated_instock_date) is getting calculated incorrectly.

Induction is behaving differently than the the UI. On the UI, when approving a PO, it will ask the users if they want to auto calculate in stock date on the UI. If the user says no, it will go to the hook (custom approval). However, on the PO induction when uploading, it does a re-approval and in stock date is overwritten as if user selected 'Yes' on the UI.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download POs into spreadsheet.
2. Update POs.
3. Check ORDLOC.estimated_instock_date.
