Goal

The Gantt does not display for some, specific users.  Workstations have been checked for consistency regarding browser version, Java version, IE Compatibility settings (Tools --> Compatibility View Settings and, Turn on 'Display intranet sites in Compatibility View'), etc. with no variation.  Client debug logs do not show any issue.
