Symptoms

MetaSolv Solution Release 6.3

During the upgrade, Prod fix sql scripts cr35240a.sql and 11829593.sql fail when the indexes and constraints used by them are missing in the database.

Sample scripts log files:

 Line 185: -- -2431, ORA-02431: cannot disable constraint (SE_IN__SE_TE) - no such constraint

Line 99: --ORA-12002: there is no materialized view log on table
Line 102: --ORA-12003: materialized view does not exist
