When attempting to run a report via P6Web, the following error occurs:
Errors have been encountered while running the report. To resolve, contact your administrator.
This occurs after applying Patch 16.2.12 to the EPPM environment and running Date based reports using the P6Web module. During the execution process, it asks for 'Time' along with the 'Date' parameter. The report is failing if either parameter is not inserted.
The report runs fine in BIP. The same report with the same dates is running without issues.
The only error that is reported in BI publisher is as follows: oracle.security.idm.ObjectNotFoundException: No User found matching the criteria[[

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1) Launch P6 Web in a browser.
2) Provide login credentials
3) Click on Reports tab > Go to desired area of reports
4) Select any report based on Start Date, End Date and Data Date
5) Run the report
6) Insert only the date parameter, leaving the time field unset
7) Observe the error in P6Web and corresponding error in the P6Webaccess log.
The EPPM environment was upgraded from 16.2.7 to 16.2.12.
Only in the EPPM 16.2.7 version, the date parameter is required.
EPPM 16.2.12 is integrated with BIP ver. 126.96.36.199.0
