Sub-optimal Processing of Messages With Large RFC2047-encoded Subject Header

A message with a huge RFC2047-encoded Subject header uses lots and lots of CPU when being written to the store cache file.
For example, this was discovered by injecting a user message (roughly 12MB message which was almost entirely made up of a huge RFC2047-encoded subject line) into a test system with the deliver command:
