Wrong Order Author Name List in Endeca (Doc ID 2391712.1)

On :  6.2.2 version, Indexing and Search (Data Ingest, CAS, MDEX, Forge, Dgidx)

After the baseline update, the author name list of the affected records looked good. But after the very first partial update, the new records are having wrong author name list again. This becomes every serious problem as the new baseline update does not fix the problem, and it keeps happening to our production system.
Author name order shouldn't be Wrong when compare with database

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configure the Author names and let it go to ITL process
2. Eun Baseline update and verify author name order list in JSPREF
3. Run the Partial update and verify the Author names order which is not matched to the database.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot Get the Correct author name.
