ORA-02292: IntegrityConstraintViolationException on Deleting Element from Network Elements. (Doc ID 2392006.1)

Symptoms


Unable to delete Element from Network Elements. It throws ORA-02292: IntegrityConstraintViolationException

Below screenshot is an example of an Element that can’t be deleted from Network Elements screen and gives the below ERROR, even though the associated circuit has been disconnected.

 

  

 

 In the Connection Summary screen, no elements are shown in the Network System section but the NS_CONNECTION table still show NS_COMP_ID_PARENT and NS_COMP_ID_CHILD populated that’s preventing the Element to be deleted.
