RPAS Fusion Client: Difference in Error Messages when Selecting Real Time Alert Versus Batch Alert

Symptoms

The behavior of selecting an alert in the tool bar is different between real time alert and batch alert. When selecting a batch alert with zero(0) count, an error message pops-up saying "Error: No alert hits found for alert: <Alert_name>", but with real time alerts - No error pops-up and simply the alert count (0) is displayed. 

Expectation is that both both they type of alerts, an INFORMATION message should be shown instead of an error,  stating "No alert hits found for alert: <Alert_name>".
