All FTP Data is getting zeroed out on running Task that is expected to zero out a specific node (ie: Treasury) in the Line of Business (LOB) hierarchy.

Steps to Replicate:
1. FTP Process is populating results.
2. Run another FTP Process to zero out a Specific Line of Business(LOB).
It is zeroing out FTP data for all Line of Business instead of zeroing out only Specific LOB.
Hierarchy based filter is being used.
3. Any Process that is using LOB filter is not working as desired.
