User Is Having File Attachment Upload Issues With IE11 Browser (Doc ID 2392212.1)

User is having file attachment upload issues with IE11 Browser.

After clicking the attachment link, it continues to say processing and never completes. 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. IE 11, Log into Web Client as this user
2. Navigate to an object with an attachment file
3. Click on Attachment Tab
4. Click Add button to proceed to upload attachment file
5. Processing message with display but never completes
