User Can Edit Overtime Hours Entries in Timesheets for Inactive Projects Even Though They Should Not Be Able to. (Doc ID 2392335.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

If the WBS\Project is Inactive and the Activity Status is either Completed or In Progress, the Timesheet user is able to edit the Overtime Work Hours.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

User is unable to edit the Overtime Work Hours as the Project is Inactive and the Timesheet should be read only.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Team Member.
2. Select the Timesheets tab.
3. Select a Timesheet for an Activity of an Inactive Project.
4. Note you can edit Overtime Hours entries.
