Symptoms

CURRENT BEHAVIOR

Order Information Not Carrying Over To DLR-ISI/CLR Preview/Etc.

Information that is populated on ASRs/PSRs is not always updating on the DLR-ISI tab of the design or on the CLR Preview.
Results are inconsistent depending on the type of service/product being ordered.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Circuit information should be displayed consistently across all type of orders.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

  1. Circuits created using ASR/PSR orders
  2. Assign to EWO orders
  3. Once associated to EWO orders, the circuits loose information in the DLR-ISI tab of the Connection Design, or in CLR Preview.
  4. Circuits created with ASR, which had NC, NCI, SECNCI and ACTL. lost NC, ACTL.
  5. Even when not associating the circuits created in ASR/PSR sometimes lost: NCI populated for PRILOC and SECLOC is not visible in the DLR-ISI or in the CLR Preview.

BUSINESS IMPACT

Missing information make results inconsistent depending on the type of service/product being ordered, creating overhead in the process.

Critical information is unable to be viewed by downstream groups through the DLRD task.
They are often required to go back into the service request to find what is missing from the DLRD.
A lot of time is wasted trying to find everything needed to perform certain functions.
This is also affecting automation we have in place at various tasks which relies on data to be populated consistently in certain tables.
