Symptoms

The Location Query By Example (QBE) Filter behaves differently between Quantity Limits and the Review Screens in the Oracle Retail Allocation application.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Login into Allocation.
2.  Create or Open an existing Allocation with stores with a similar numbers like a 51, 510 for example.
3.  Go to Quantity Limits tab into Review panel.
4.  Set Location QBE filter to 51.
5.  The allocation shows the stores 51 and 510.
