Unable to login into the OPA hub after running the redeploy script

Symptoms

 

When trying to run a redeploy to do an upgrade from MAY 2017 OPA to Nov 2017 OPA. After the successful run of the redeploy.sh. When trying to login into the OPA HUB the page refreshes.
