Blank Page For All User's Details Pages and All Site Detail Pages.

Symptoms
When users (With Admin Privileges) click on the user name or first name or last name, Ideally It should route to the user contact information. However, instead a blank page results for both the Details and Group pages. The same is true for the Sites page; the listing can be seen but clicking any individual site results in a blank page.
The below InForm Server Error may accompany this occurrence:
