Session Failover Occurs For Every Request On JBoss 7 and Oracle Commerce 11.3 (Doc ID 2393619.1)

The ATG session appears to fail over on every request. This happens even though the session did not fail over to another server instance in the cluster.

Enabling loggingDebug on the /atg/userprofiling/ProfileFailService component shows the following logging on each request:

The "Profile xxxxxxx was loaded for this session" indicates that the session failover code restored the user's profile from session backup.
