Symptoms

When trying to complete an Order where the SA to be created has an SA Type char (Synchronization Required ?) as "Y", application throws "Error: Legacy Key not found for the field Service Point value".

If the SA Type char (Synchronization Required ?) = "N", it completes the order with some warning message.
