RPM UI Performance Issues While Login and Maintaining Price Changes (Doc ID 2393955.1)

The issue described in this document is known to Oracle, and a fix already scheduled for future release.

This article will be updated as official patch information becomes available.

 From credential submission to screen display it takes about 65 seconds on the initial load. The progress bar shows user authenticated after 7 or so seconds; then it is just a blank screen for almost a full minute before the tasks display. The progress bar blanks out at this time.

The Price Change task, Maintain Price Change, etc. take about 20 seconds.

From another user session even after closing the app and relaunching it:

‘Attempting Login’ disappears after 10-15 secs
‘Login Successful’ appears after 1 min 10 secs
‘Ready’ appears immediately.

The login successful comes up quickly, but the taskbar still is not populated until after more than a minute.

What is Working
If you click the logout button, then log in and repeat the process it launches almost immediately. The slow response happens whenever you close the app and relaunch it.
