RPAS: How to Remove Blocked Thread That Displays in Logs and Prevents User Opening Workbook?

With the block thread, user is not able to open the workbook. How can the blocked thread be removed?
For example, log shows:
[ACTIVE] ExecuteThread: '20' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)' - priority:5 - threadId: 0x00007f78ec914900 - nativeId:0x4b83 - state:BLOCKED
java.lang.Thread.State:BLOCKED (on object monitor)
-waiting to lock ....
