OFSAA 8.0.5 Installation Error for Database 12.2.x SELECT Privilege is not Granted For USER_TS_QUOTAS View

Symptoms

On PFT 8.0.5 when attempting a new fresh installation: SELECT privilege is not granted for USER_TS_QUOTAS view error is thrown during Environment check utility Status : FAIL with the error:

ERROR

 SELECT privilege is not granted for USER_TS_QUOTAS view. Current value : SELECT
READ. Status : FAIL
 Schema is granted with at least 500 MB table space. Current value : 500 MB. Status : SUCCESS
 Oracle Server version Current value : 12.2.0.1.0. Status : SUCCESS
DB specific Validation Completed. Status : FAIL

Environment check utility Status : FAIL
=============================================================


Trying to install PFT 8.0.5.0 on our existing OFSAA setup which has:
FSDF 805 and OFSDM 805 installed.
Per query: SELECT Privilege is provided to the VIEW USERS_TS_QUOTAS to all the users.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run PFT 8.0.5 new installer
