Last updated on MAY 07, 2018

Applies to:

Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing - Version 2.6.0.1.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

We have installed 2.6.0.1.0 (FW 4.3.0.5.0). Now, we want to deploy our CM modules to this environment (its). We created a patch directory which contains the following subdirectories:

• java
• scripts
• etc
• services
• splapp

Then we did the followings:

- set the environment by executing splenviron.sh -e its
- deploy the CM modules by executing /ouaf/CM_packaging/applyCM.sh -n in the patch directory

For some reasons, we can run CC&B but all CM area has error and this is logged in server .out file:

SYSUSER - 316708-142-1 2018-04-12 17:24:09,277 [[ACTIVE] ExecuteThread: '11' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)'] ERROR (support.schema.AbstractSchemaInfoCache) Error initializing schema data for BusinessService_Per[CM-PersonIdNumberService]: com.splwg.shared.common.ApplicationWarning:
The Business Service CM-PersonIdNumberService references program service CMLCDPIP, which is not a valid service with meta-info, etc.

Are we missing any additional step for deploying CM modules?
