MultiField increasing number of fields causes unexpected results. If we have two multifields inside of a transaction where the second MF starts at 0 when increasing that number to 1 at first and modify some of its fields it is okay if we than increase this number to 2+ it will reset the fields of the first multifield back to their original state. We have been testing this in, it was not available in the drop down.

When increasing the number of multifields the fields do not change as expected

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configure a transaction to have two sets of multifieds where the second set of MultiFiedls starts at 0. navigate to a policy in OIPA where the first set of MultiFields will have data populated, after this change the number of MultiFields for the second set to 1 and modify one of its fields once complete increase the number to 2+ and notice the first set of fields will be set back to their original state.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, Activities that require multi-fields are not working as expected and causing work flow issues.
