When attempting to open a project, the application appears to be loading data, but, this action never completes and the program is "Not Responding"
For a project to open successfully.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to P6 Professional
2. Attempt to open a project
3. Observe the application is "Not Responding"
